We experienced a system outage at 5:00 (UTC) on December 14, 2025 (UTC). This caused certain Console functions, such as -Enrolling new devices to the Console, -Converting AI models, -All Deployment to existing devices from the Console, to not work properly. The issue was fixed, and the system was restored at 2:24 on December 15, 2025 (UTC). During the above period, the above jobs may not have completed and remained in a running state. There was no impact to start/stop inference on the connected devices. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
