We have identified the following service issue:
[Issue Description] When converting a trained Azure AI Custom Vision model that was created using "Create Model" on Console V1, the conversion process fails, and the status is displayed as "Convert Failed." Consequently, the conversion does not complete successfully.
[Affected Customers] This issue affects customers who are newly attempting to convert trained Azure AI Custom Vision models. Customers for whom the conversion process has previously completed successfully are not impacted.
[Next Steps] We are currently investigating the root cause of this issue and evaluating appropriate corrective actions. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience while we work toward a resolution.

During the system maintenance of Edge AI Sensing Service conducted since March 23, 2026, a camera disconnection occurred between 10:40 and 11:55 (UTC) on Tuesday, March 24. The service has now been fully restored, and any cameras that were disconnected from the Console have been automatically reconnected. However, please note that inference data and related information may not have been recorded during the disconnection period.

2026年3月17日～3月24日の期間中、AITRIOSのPortalからConsoleの購入や解約をされた場合に反映されない状態が発生しておりました。現在は復旧しております。 Between March 17 and March 24, 2026, Console purchases and cancellations made through the AITRIOS Portal were not properly reflected. This issue has since been resolved.
